“Real Estate  Lending – Under the Fair Housing Act”

For 2022, each licensee will be required to complete 9 hours of CE. This must include 3 hours each on the two mandatory topics for a total of 6 hours, plus another 3 hours on an elective topic.

Mandatory topics this year are: 1. Respect, Ethics,  Professionalism (3 hours)  2. Fair Housing (3 hours)

This class covers 3 of your six required mandatory hours for 2022.

Live classes are scheduled for July 19 – 28 at 7 locations throughout the state.
Bismarck – Tuesday, July 19 / (8:30 am – 11:30 am) 
Dickinson – Tuesday, July 19 / (1:30 pm – 4:30 pm) MST 
Williston – Wednesday, July 20 / (10:00 am – 1:00 pm)
Jamestown – Thursday, July 21 / (1:00 pm – 4:00 pm)

Minot – Tuesday, July 26 (9 am – 12 pm)
Grand Forks – Wednesday, July 27 (9 am – 12 pm)
Fargo – Thursday, July 28 (9 am-12 pm)
